Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor vital signs and patient health conditions.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, health conditions, and home care instructions.

  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.

  • Respond to medical emergencies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (state requirement).

  • Nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing).

  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply nursing principles.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly.

  • Compassion, patience, and empathy for patients and families.

  • Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).

  • Previous nursing experience preferred (hospital, clinic, or home care).
